  Current provider is bell but that might change now....visited the store for help/instructions on unlocking a phone. The gentlemen had no idea what to do. We were left to go home and research it ourselves. After following online steps we went back into the store and again (same man) and he was useless he mumbled the entire time had no confidence and gave wrong instructions. Ended up sitting in the parking lot figuring it out ourselves! Horrible service.
