  I can't say enough about the exceptional customer experience we received at Arctic Spas in Duncan, BC. From the moment we walked into the showroom Marc took us through each and every aspect of the hot tub industry and Arctic Spas in particular. No pressure, no up selling just the facts and a conversation about what kind of hot tub would best meet our needs, so refreshing! The delivery and installation was absolutely stress free with Mark (yup, there are 2)patiently going through all the important details with us and ensuring the tub itself was placed in exactly the best location, no detail too small and no question left unanswered! In all the excitement I have forgotten the name of the delivery truck driver but I have to say this guy has skills, he lifted and placed our tub without brushing against even one leaf of our many plants and shrubs! And my gosh, this guy is a real joy to chat with, hilariously funny the stories he shared about his chickens and life's little ups and downs, loved it and him! As with all things new, we have experienced a bit of a learning curve regarding our water balancing and are so grateful we had the salt water system and spa boy installed! I have access to all the information I need for my particular spa on my laptop or iPhone and the best thing is that when I call the Duncan store, they also have all the details and can advise me on what to do quickly and accurately based on the chemistry of my water when I call! John has been wonderfully patient and very quick to respond and I would recommend this team to anyone even thinking about the idea of owning a hot tub. I promise, you will not be disappointed, 5 stars out of 5 all around! We love our Arctic Spas hot tub and our Duncan store team!
